SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Order Processing:  All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
     

  2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:  Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
     

  3. Damages:  Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
     

  4. Exchange Policy:  We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, 
     

  5. Shipping Costs:  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
     

  6. Conditions for Exchange:  To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.After we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
